Courageous Advocacy

Our children have a voice, and we are committed to helping them learn how to use it effectively. We encourage them to be lights in their school and in the wider community. We have numerous pupil voice opportunities, and we are reactive to children's ideas (e.g., hosting a cake sale to raise money for the WWF or a sponsored event for Shelter). In addition to spontaneous giving, we also support two key local charities, one national children's charity and one global children's charity. We also support charities and initiatives that are significant to our children (e.g. National Autistic Society).

Our school Eco Council is very active, and we have been awarded Platinum Green Flag status numerous times. Visit our dedicated pages to read more about these initiatives.

Local Charities

Our Harvest, Christmas and Lent appeals focus on collecting for two local foodbanks (Living Well and Lewisham Food Bank).

National Charity

We actively participate in Children in Need each year.

Global Charity

We also hold annual events to raise funds and awareness for Save the Children UK and have won an award for the work that we have completed with them.
